About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build leadership and technical skills through hands-on rotational assignments, formal training, and ongoing coaching.
Complete two rotations: an 18-month first rotation followed by a 12-month second rotation.
Complete five weeks of training throughout the program, led by internal and external experts.
Gain experience across Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Innovative Medicine, and Corporate Headquarters.
Work in areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, General Accounting, Corporate Consolidations, Treasury, Global Audit & Assurance, and Finance Solutions & Technology.

Requirements

What you’ll need

bachelor’s degree or fifth-year master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related business field, earned between December 2026 and June 2027.
GPA of 3.0 or higher and examples of leadership experience.
Experience using Microsoft 365 applications (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, and Word) is preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
Willing to temporarily relocate within the United States for a rotation.
