About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the strategy, design, and operational rollout of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) capability
Drive capture, unification, activation, and governance of customer and digital touchpoint data
Architect identity resolution and profile management approaches
Lead integrations with SFDC (CRM), SFMC (Marketing Automation), 3rd Party SaaS, and SAP (ERP)
Partner with analytics, privacy, and commercial stakeholders to enable real-time personalization
Define the CDP vision, roadmap, and prioritized use cases aligned to commercial and digital objectives
Establish canonical data models, event taxonomy, identity graphs, and profile schemas required for personalization and measurement
Design robust data capture from Sitecore AI DXP, web/mobile events, product catalogs, clinical interactions, and other touchpoints
Manage Sitecore CDP relationships and third-party integration partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience in data, CDP, marketing technology, or digital analytics roles
Hands-on experience implementing or operating a CDP (Sitecore CDP experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated integrations experience with SFDC, SFMC, SAP, and enterprise analytics via APIs, ETL, and streaming technologies
Strong knowledge of identity resolution, profile stitching, segmentation, audience activation, and real-time event processing
Working knowledge of data engineering concepts, SQL, JSON/event schemas, and modern data pipelines
Experience in regulated industries (MedTech, pharma, healthcare) with practical knowledge of privacy, consent, and regulatory constraints
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
