About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad‑hoc reporting and analytics supporting I2C and related operational processes
  • Translate complex operational and financial data into clear insights and executive‑ready dashboards to support strategic and tactical decision‑making
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT) to ensure alignment of data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards
  • Oversee production reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across systems and geographies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within I2C performance metrics
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive culture
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation initiatives in partnership with digital and technology teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Typically 8 -10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions, with demonstrated leadership responsibility
  • Strong experience developing and managing complex reports, dashboards, and analytical models
  • Experience leading teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial processes, preferably within I2C or order‑to‑cash environments
  • Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems)
  • Must be fluent in English; additional languages a plus
