About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, governance, and delivery of standardized and ad‑hoc reporting and analytics supporting I2C and related operational processes
- Translate complex operational and financial data into clear insights and executive‑ready dashboards to support strategic and tactical decision‑making
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT) to ensure alignment of data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards
- Oversee production reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across systems and geographies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within I2C performance metrics
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive culture
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Support system enhancements, automation, and analytics transformation initiatives in partnership with digital and technology teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Typically 8 -10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions, with demonstrated leadership responsibility
- Strong experience developing and managing complex reports, dashboards, and analytical models
- Experience leading teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of operational and financial processes, preferably within I2C or order‑to‑cash environments
- Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems)
- Must be fluent in English; additional languages a plus
