About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns
  • Conduct organization readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure the Program Management Organization (PMO) is aligned and fully aware of resources needs, coordinated deliverables and areas of risk and/or concern.
  • Design stakeholder engagement frameworks: identify key stakeholders and drive engagement and alignment across various key discussions and decisions.
  • Partner with process leads, business owners and subject matter experts to identify major changes across People, Process, and Technology.
  • Work with owners to proactively implement Change Impact Mitigations into project governance and communicate appropriately to impacted partner groups.
  • Partner with process leads and subject matter experts to develop and implement a comprehensive business readiness and cutover plan that enables the impacted functions to migrate onto the new platform successfully (i.e. transactional data clean-up, re-labeling, physical inventory counts, etc).
  • Ensure our communications plan provides proactive, concise, and pertinent communications to key groups and impacted users as they relate to project execution, business transformations, change impacts, program awareness, etc.
  • On an ongoing basis, gauge the organizational “pulse” through various means (i.e. dialog, surveys, etc) in order to better understand external perspectives and opportunities.
  • Partner with impacted leaders, process leads, business SME’s to understand end-user audience, needs, changes, to design and deliver curriculum and trainings.
  • This includes tracking of training effectiveness and performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with global team of Supply Chain experts in design, development, maintenance and improvement of global business processes and integration points.
  • Ensure quality delivery of team goals on time and within budget.
  • Partner with program leads to establish coordinated project plans / schedules / results, especially around execution of business simulation and validation/readiness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field)
  • 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives
  • Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices
  • 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
  • 3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within a large transformation program or business unit
  • Proficiency in change management frameworks (Prosci /ADKAR, Kotter 8-step, or equivalent)
  • Requires deep understanding of Medical Devices Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated hands-on project delivery required
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, and leading operational technological processes within a global organization required
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired results
  • Requires people management and development experience
  • Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of partners
  • Ability to effectively lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies required
