About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead supply chain finance strategy, planning, and execution to support manufacturing, logistics, and distribution operations
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to Supply Chain and Operations leadership, providing insights that inform business decisions and trade-offs
- Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for supply chain functions, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Own cost management initiatives, including standard costing, variance analysis, productivity tracking, and margin improvement programs
- Oversee working capital performance, including inventory optimization and cash flow improvement initiatives
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance across the supply chain
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance aligned with Johnson & Johnson and DePuy Synthes policies
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally to support transformation initiatives, systems enhancements, and process standardization efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (required)
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
- 10-12 years of experience in finance, with demonstrated leadership in supply chain, operations finance, or manufacturing finance
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills, including cost and margin analysis
- Experience leading teams and developing finance talent
- Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance in a regulated environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Language requirements: English (required)
- Certifications: CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred)
