About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead supply chain finance strategy, planning, and execution to support manufacturing, logistics, and distribution operations
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to Supply Chain and Operations leadership, providing insights that inform business decisions and trade-offs
  • Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for supply chain functions, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Own cost management initiatives, including standard costing, variance analysis, productivity tracking, and margin improvement programs
  • Oversee working capital performance, including inventory optimization and cash flow improvement initiatives
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance across the supply chain
  • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance aligned with Johnson & Johnson and DePuy Synthes policies
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration
  • Partner cross-functionally to support transformation initiatives, systems enhancements, and process standardization efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (required)
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
  • 10-12 years of experience in finance, with demonstrated leadership in supply chain, operations finance, or manufacturing finance
  • Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills, including cost and margin analysis
  • Experience leading teams and developing finance talent
  • Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance in a regulated environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
  • Language requirements: English (required)
  • Certifications: CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred)
