About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead supply chain finance strategy, planning, and execution to support manufacturing, logistics, and distribution operations
Serve as a strategic finance partner to Supply Chain and Operations leadership, providing insights that inform business decisions and trade-offs
Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for supply chain functions, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
Own cost management initiatives, including standard costing, variance analysis, productivity tracking, and margin improvement programs
Oversee working capital performance, including inventory optimization and cash flow improvement initiatives
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance across the supply chain
Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance aligned with Johnson & Johnson and DePuy Synthes policies
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration
Partner cross-functionally to support transformation initiatives, systems enhancements, and process standardization efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (required)
MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
10-12 years of experience in finance, with demonstrated leadership in supply chain, operations finance, or manufacturing finance
Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills, including cost and margin analysis
Experience leading teams and developing finance talent
Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance in a regulated environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
Language requirements: English (required)
Certifications: CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred)
