About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms used for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long‑range planning.
- Prepare, analyze, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial controls and governance standards.
- Partner with Finance and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system enhancements, reports, and analytics.
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of Finance technology solutions, including upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to support management decision‑making.
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and planning cycles by ensuring timely and reliable system outputs and financial insights.
- Document business processes, system logic, and reporting standards to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, data quality, and finance process efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in finance , Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, financial planning, EPM, or Finance technology roles.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and insights.
- Experience working with financial systems, EPM tools, or reporting platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- English proficiency required.
