About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of EPM solutions used for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop, maintain , and validate financial models, dashboards, and reports to support business performance analysis.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system and reporting solutions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root‑cause analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Support period‑end, forecast, and budget cycles, including system updates and user support.
- Document processes, controls, and system changes in alignment with internal governance and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required , preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 4 –6 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, EPM, FP&A, or finance systems roles.
- Hands‑on experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Experience working with large datasets and financial systems or EPM platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard financial analysis tools.
- Preferred: Experience with EPM tools (e.g., planning, consolidation, or management reporting platforms).
- Background in a matrixed, global, or highly regulated environment.
- Knowledge of finance data governance, controls, or SOX‑related processes.
- Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades.
- Exposure to automation, data visualization, or business intelligence tools.
