About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end‑to‑end management of strategic IT vendors, including onboarding, performance management, renewals, and exits, to ensure reliable and cost‑effective technology services.
Establish and govern vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner with IT service owners, sourcing, procurement, finance, and legal teams to align vendor strategies with business and technology roadmaps.
Identify, assess, and mitigate vendor‑related risks, including operational, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks, in alignment with enterprise policies.
Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions to optimize cost, value, and service outcomes across the vendor portfolio.
Drive standardization of vendor management processes, tools, and reporting across Technology Services.
Lead and develop vendor management team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Provide executive‑level insights and reporting on vendor performance, risks, and financials to IT and business leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
6-8 years of progressive experience in IT, vendor management, sourcing, or technology services, with demonstrated accountability for vendor performance and outcomes.
Proven experience managing strategic IT vendors in a global or matrixed enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of IT service delivery models, including managed services, cloud, infrastructure, and application services.
Experience working with IT service management frameworks, metrics, and performance reporting (e.g., ITSM concepts, SLAs, KPIs).
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
