About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and produce visual assets including presentations, digital graphics, social media content, email layouts, sales collateral, and event materials
- Applies in depth knowledge of design principles to define the scope of Graphic Design projects
- Estimates complex components and processes of design projects to meet key deadlines
- Identifies opportunities to resolve design problems by conducting investigations and performing necessary analyses
- Translate marketing strategies and messaging into clear, engaging visual designs
- Ensure all outputs align with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
- Coordinates design requests, timelines, and deliverables to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives
- Tracks project status and manages multiple priorities to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Interfaces with internal stakeholders and external agencies to facilitate efficient production and revisions
- Maintain brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all materials
- Conduct quality checks on assets for accuracy, formatting, and compliance
- Support continuous improvement of design standards and processes
- Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to support integrated campaigns
- Work closely with clinical and regulatory stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment
- Support industry meetings, events, and product launches with design assets
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and version control
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in asset production
- Track project metrics (volume, turnaround time, revisions) to inform operational improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design or creative coordination role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
