About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serves as the supply chain lead for NPI and LCM projects, driving project plans, deliverables, and execution.
  • Provides operations input into product design to meet cost and margin targets.
  • Supports supplier selection, qualification, and collaboration on product and process decisions.
  • Facilitates commercial supply agreements and leads contract trade-off discussions.
  • Develops demand and capacity plans and supports manufacturing scale-up.
  • Contributes to make vs. buy decisions, site selection, and long-term supply strategies.
  • Ensures alignment across Make, Buy, and Plan functions through the project lifecycle.
  • Communicates updates, risks, and opportunities to management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, or other relevant field required.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant fields required.
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or project management
  • Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biologics industries preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional or NPI teams preferred.
  • Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or PMP certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and enterprise supply chains preferred.
