About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for global FM data governance, reporting, and systems enablement.
  • Ensure leadership has accurate, timely, and decision‑ready insights across facilities operations, risk, compliance, and asset performance.
  • Responsible for leading the continuous improvement of reporting processes and enabling systems to support data ‑ driven decision ‑ making and business transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as the single owner for FM reporting standards, dashboards, and system integration.
  • Define and maintain global FM reporting standards, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Ensure data integrity across FM systems (e.g., asset data, risk, compliance, performance).
  • Partner with IT and FM leaders to enable system integration and automation.
  • Provide executive ‑ level insights on trends, risks, and performance gaps.
  • Support audit, compliance, and risk reporting requirements.
  • Drive simplification and standardization of FM data and tools.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of reporting systems and frameworks.
  • Analyze performance trends to inform leadership decision ‑ making.
  • Lead change management, training, and communications for new reporting solutions.
  • Optimize user experience, efficiency, and scalability of reporting tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, or systems roles.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Travel up to 10–20%.
