About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for global FM data governance, reporting, and systems enablement.
- Ensure leadership has accurate, timely, and decision‑ready insights across facilities operations, risk, compliance, and asset performance.
- Responsible for leading the continuous improvement of reporting processes and enabling systems to support data ‑ driven decision ‑ making and business transformation initiatives.
- Serve as the single owner for FM reporting standards, dashboards, and system integration.
- Define and maintain global FM reporting standards, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity across FM systems (e.g., asset data, risk, compliance, performance).
- Partner with IT and FM leaders to enable system integration and automation.
- Provide executive ‑ level insights on trends, risks, and performance gaps.
- Support audit, compliance, and risk reporting requirements.
- Drive simplification and standardization of FM data and tools.
- Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of reporting systems and frameworks.
- Analyze performance trends to inform leadership decision ‑ making.
- Lead change management, training, and communications for new reporting solutions.
- Optimize user experience, efficiency, and scalability of reporting tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, or systems roles.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Travel up to 10–20%.
