Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analytical and decision-support capabilities for the allocation and redeployment of global orthopedic assets
Develop analytical models and prioritization frameworks for redeployment supply
Partner with commercial and supply chain teams to optimize revenue enablement and capital efficiency
Own S&OE sub-process for redeployment prioritization and allocation decisions
Develop scalable analytical tools and AI-enabled capabilities for redeployment planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technical, or Operations subject areas preferred
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management
Strong analytical capability to understand sophisticated demand planning topics and implement data-driven changes
Experience developing analytical models, scenario planning tools, optimization frameworks, and executive-level reporting
Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, planning, and/or asset deployment processes
Experience with data visualization and analytical platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or Python
English required; additional languages are a plus
