About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead commercial-facing activities supporting the global redeployment and asset optimization strategy.
  • Identify excess or underutilized field assets through entitlement models, lifecycle management insights, and commercial performance analysis.
  • Partner closely with internal and external sales organizations to facilitate targeted asset pullback activities.
  • Serve as a critical link between commercial teams and global redeployment operations by ensuring clear visibility to projected asset returns, timing, and redeployment opportunities.
  • Support the development of scalable best practices, governance, and operating mechanisms that enable the global expansion of redeployment capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management or other Business roles.
  • Strong analytical capability to understand sophisticated demand planning topics, identify patterns and drivers, and implement data-driven changes to improve forecast accuracy and reliability.
  • Strong communication, advocacy, and decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate across geographies in a complex, matrix environment.
  • People leadership skills, including the ability to develop and lead diverse teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Proven expertise in process management and leading cross-functional global projects.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
  • Demonstrated financial acuity, with the ability to link operational decisions to business financial outcomes, including cost optimization and capital efficiency.
  • Other Language: English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel: Minimal domestic travel.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred.
