About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze workforce demand, capacity, and productivity data to support short ‑ and long ‑ term planning activities.
- Develop and maintain workforce models, forecasts, and staffing scenarios aligned with business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to labor utilization , efficiency, and service levels.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for business partners and leadership.
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to workforce performance and resourcing.
- Partner cross ‑ functionally with operations, finance, HR, and planning teams to support decision ‑ making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating process effectiveness and data accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field).
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Typically requires 2–4 years of relevant work experience in workforce management, analytics, operations planning, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms, or workforce planning systems).
- Experience preparing clear, actionable reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast ‑ paced environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech environment (preferred).
- Familiarity with workforce planning, capacity modeling, or labor optimization methodologies (preferred).
- Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (preferred).
- Exposure to continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem ‑ solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- English required.
