About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and execute the regional Medical Affairs strategy across the Americas
Provide scientific and clinical leadership for marketed and pipeline orthopedic products
Oversee evidence generation activities, including clinical studies and registries
Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires 10-12 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Demonstrated people leadership experience
Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and ethical requirements
Advanced degree in Medicine (MD), Pharmacy (PharmD), PhD, or equivalent life sciences discipline
