About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify evidence gaps and collaborate with hospitals to execute economic studies and real-world evidence generation
- Partner with hospital administrators and surgeons to understand and execute evidence generation opportunities to demonstrate the clinical, operational and economic value of J&J’s robotic products
- Lead evidence dissemination, including customer-facing materials that support the value proposition and adoption of J&J’s robotic products
- Partner with regional HEMA teams to ensure key regional requirements inform the overall US market access strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience in hospital operations, healthcare consulting or the MedTech industry
- Strategic thinking to translate clinical and operational questions into a rigorous, pragmatic evidence program
- Communication and storytelling skills to translate complex evidence into succinct value narratives and customer materials
- Influencing and collaboration skills; credibility with clinical, commercial, and hospital audiences
- Healthcare acumen and understanding of the external marketplace and market access requirements that drive adoption.
