About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as the supply chain lead for NPI and LCM projects, driving project plans, deliverables, and execution.
- Provides operations input into product design to meet cost and margin targets.
- Supports supplier selection, qualification, and collaboration on product and process decisions.
- Facilitates commercial supply agreements and leads contract trade-off discussions.
- Develops demand and capacity plans and supports manufacturing scale-up.
- Contributes to make vs. buy decisions, site selection, and long-term supply strategies.
- Ensures alignment across Make, Buy, and Plan functions through the project lifecycle.
- Communicates updates, risks, and opportunities to management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, or other relevant field required.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant fields required.
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or project management.
- Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Preferred: Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biologics industries.
- Preferred: Experience leading cross-functional or NPI teams.
- Preferred: Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or PMP certification.
- Preferred: Knowledge of manufacturing operations and enterprise supply chains.
