About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead commercial-facing activities supporting the global redeployment and asset optimization strategy
- Identify excess or underutilized field assets through entitlement models, lifecycle management insights, and commercial performance analysis
- Partner closely with internal and external sales organizations to facilitate targeted asset pullback activities
- Serve as a critical link between commercial teams and global redeployment operations by ensuring visibility to projected asset returns, timing, and redeployment opportunities
- Support the development of scalable best practices, governance, and operating mechanisms for global redeployment capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management or other Business roles
- Strong analytical capability to understand sophisticated demand planning topics, identify patterns and drivers, and implement data-driven changes to improve forecast accuracy and reliability
- Strong communication, advocacy, and decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate across geographies in a complex, matrix environment
- People leadership skills, including the ability to develop and lead diverse teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
- Proven expertise in process management and leading cross-functional global projects
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Demonstrated financial acuity, with the ability to link operational decisions to business financial outcomes, including cost optimization and capital efficiency
- Other Language: English required; additional languages are a plus.
