About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze workforce demand, capacity, and productivity data to support short- and long-term planning activities
  • Develop and maintain workforce models, forecasts, and staffing scenarios aligned with business needs
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to labor utilization, efficiency, and service levels
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for business partners and leadership
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to workforce performance and resourcing
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, HR, and planning teams to support decision-making
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating process effectiveness and data accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field)
  • Typically requires 2–4 years of relevant work experience in workforce management, analytics, operations planning, or a related analytical role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms, or workforce planning systems)
  • Experience preparing clear, actionable reports and presentations for business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech environment preferred
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, capacity modeling, or labor optimization methodologies preferred
  • Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
