About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze capital data, transactions, and performance metrics to support reporting and decision‑making
  • Support tracking and reconciliation of capital assets, programs, or investments in alignment with company policies
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses related to capital activity and performance
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support capital processes and issue resolution
  • Assist with identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to capital utilization and controls
  • Support documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of capital‑related processes
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and data accuracy standards
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and customer or stakeholder experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, capital analysis, business analysis, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate results into clear insights
  • Proficiency with Excel and basic reporting or analytics tools
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
  • Experience supporting capital equipment, asset management, or order‑to‑cash processes (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP or financial systems (preferred)
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences (preferred)
