About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze capital data, transactions, and performance metrics to support reporting and decision‑making
- Support tracking and reconciliation of capital assets, programs, or investments in alignment with company policies
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses related to capital activity and performance
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support capital processes and issue resolution
- Assist with identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to capital utilization and controls
- Support documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of capital‑related processes
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and data accuracy standards
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and customer or stakeholder experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, capital analysis, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate results into clear insights
- Proficiency with Excel and basic reporting or analytics tools
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Experience supporting capital equipment, asset management, or order‑to‑cash processes (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP or financial systems (preferred)
- Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences (preferred)
