About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end planning strategy and execution for NPI and LCM projects.
- Develop supply plans and ensure launch readiness.
- Manage inventory, capacity, and supplier alignment.
- Partner cross-functionally across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
- Drive IBP/S&OP alignment and planning inputs.
- Identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
- Track KPIs include service, inventory, and launch readiness.
- Lead continuous improvement in planning processes.
- Support the maturity of the governance process & playbooks for NPI & LCM activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
- 3–4+ years of experience in supply chain planning or NPI.
- Experience in MRP, supply planning, and cross-functional project execution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP, APO, or IBP preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis.
- Accuracy with high attention to details.
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, basic Access.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a project methodological context.
- Ability to work across multiple functional organizations and levels in a multicultural and global / matrix environment.
- Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
