Key responsibilities & impact

Drive and/or support all aspects of spend performance
Lead the SRM process with critical suppliers at senior executive level
Ensure execution of category strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage complex contracts approval, administration, and compliance
Develop and drive the category strategy in collaboration with internal partners
Lead the process to identify the needs of R&D pipeline for material choices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
Certifications in CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, or equivalent are helpful
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Knowledge of complex Biologics and Large Molecule Drug Substance Manufacturing
