About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide end-to-end supply chain leadership across product lifecycle management
Lead development and execution of product lifecycle management roadmaps
Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute lifecycle strategies and complex supply chain programs
Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams
Ensure value stream and program teams understand lifecycle strategies and objectives
Engage broader supply chain organization in executing lifecycle strategies and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred
Minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience required
Experience within one or more supply chain functions (Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Management)
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
Experience operating within governance frameworks
Proven ability to build alignment and influence without authority
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments
