Manager, Supply Chain Programs

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enable end-to-end supply chain program execution across complex initiatives
- Manage standardized processes and tools for project, program, and portfolio management
- Lead cross-functional teams for supply chain initiatives
- Develop and implement processes for visibility into portfolio status, risks, and contingency plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; a technical degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred
- A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of relevant business experience
- Experience in one or more of the following functions: Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Product Management, Supply Chain disciplines, or R&D
- Proven experience managing complex projects and/or programs within a cross-functional, matrix organization
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in large-scale program and/or portfolio management
- Proven ability to build alignment and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills including executive-level presentations
- Demonstrated ability to operate in dynamic environments and manage ambiguity
