About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enable end-to-end supply chain program execution across complex initiatives
  • Manage standardized processes and tools for project, program, and portfolio management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; a technical degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred
  • A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of relevant business experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following functions: Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Product Management, Supply Chain disciplines, or R&D
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and/or programs within a cross-functional, matrix organization
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience in large-scale program and/or portfolio management
  • Proven ability to build alignment and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills including executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in dynamic environments and manage ambiguity
