About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages a Manufacturing Business Unit
  • Participates in the day-to-day operations with responsibilities for producing products at minimum costs consistent with quality specifications and production schedules
  • Develops & participates in strategic decisions of the plant, division and company
  • Provides a leadership role in the development and implementation of Process Excellence and Six Sigma standards
  • Ensures sufficient manufacturing materials, equipment, and personnel
  • Provides variance analysis and corrective actions
  • Manages a customer driven quality plant that ensures regulatory compliance to ISO and GMP requirements
  • Responsible for all salary administration issues and all personnel related matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish
  • Strong analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills ability
  • Leadership and Negotiating skills
