Product Specialist
Johnson & JohnsonSenior individual contributor delivering high-impact sales support for Neuroscience Sales team. Engaging with customers and leveraging data to improve commercial execution in pharmaceutical sales.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide compliant sales and sales support for all assigned Neuroscience products and applications.
- Deliver comprehensive product, service, and clinical information to prospective customers to support well-informed purchasing decisions.
- Respond to inquiries from newly converted customers and provide ongoing support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders.
- Attend trade shows, congresses, and industry events to stay current with industry trends, products, and market dynamics.
- Interpret and analyze sales data for assigned Neuroscience products within a defined geographic area.
- Generate and share key customer insights, trends, and opportunities with colleagues and stakeholders to support commercial planning.
- Apply a strong understanding of customer organizations, decision-making networks, and external influences impacting customer choices.
- Communicate and collaborate with sales representatives around shared objectives to coordinate and optimize selling efforts.
- Support field execution by leveraging available technologies, CRM tools, marketing assets, and digital channels to enhance sales calls and customer engagement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales support processes and adoption of new tools and capabilities.
- Demonstrate Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and live the J&J Credo in all interactions and business practices.
- Operate with high standards of compliance, ethics, and professionalism.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in Pharmacy or Life Science.
- Significant experience in sales support, field sales, or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of Neuroscience therapeutic areas is preferred.
- Proven ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in using sales technologies, CRM systems, and marketing assets.
- Able to travel to Northeast area (Hybrid - Bangkok/Northeast)
