Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a technical degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management is preferred
- 6 to 8 years of relevant business experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Product Management, Supply Chain disciplines, or R&D
- Proven experience managing complex projects within a cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in large-scale program management and PMO frameworks
- Proven ability to build alignment and influence without authority
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments
