What you’ll need

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a technical degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management is preferred
6 to 8 years of relevant business experience
Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Product Management, Supply Chain disciplines, or R&D
Proven experience managing complex projects within a cross-functional environment
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience in large-scale program management and PMO frameworks
Proven ability to build alignment and influence without authority
Strong communication skills for executive presentations
Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments
