Key Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for territory sales targets
- Building relationship with internal & external customers (Doctors/ KOL’s / Distributors / peers/superiors)
- Developing new customers
- Monitoring competitor activities
- Keeping track of daily working and customer usage patterns
- Handling customer complaints and striving for absolute customer delight
- Track IOL/OVD/Phaco market-share in assigned territory/state
- Supporting Area Manager in relationship development with Key Opinion Leaders
- Achieving Sales Target through right product mix
- Ensuring sales are achieved 100% quarterly and monthly
- Upgrading existing JJSV users of IOL to Premium IOLs
- Conducting scientific programs regularly
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree in Science/Commerce/Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation) or Optometry
- MBA will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5-6 years working experience in sales
- At least 3-4 years of experience in medical device/healthcare/ophthalmology industry
