About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute specific customer development & training plans by providing full clinical support to the Biosense Webster (Electrophysiology) accounts in an assigned geography
Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of Biosense Webster® product portfolio
Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage
Educate customers on all BWI products by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings
Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting
Create awareness of BWI solutions and facilitate through deep understanding and delivering features & benefits of them
Educate junior (less-experienced) members on BWI products to optimize effective usage
Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners, and partners
Perform administrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training requirements, and expense reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Fresh graduates or 1~2 years of relevant experience (especially in medical devices industry)
Ability to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure
Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with internal and external partners
Ability to demonstrate the J&J Leadership Imperatives—the ability to connect inclusively with others, a drive to shape the future of health through innovation, and a passion for growth and development
Skill in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to communicate in English (written and orally) and Korean
