About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives across innovation, partnerships, corporate accounts and customer experience to drive commercial expansion
  • Deliver and exceed the annual business plan and forecast across all DePuy Synthes portfolios
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritise new business opportunities, partnerships and growth channels
  • Establish and embed data-driven frameworks, performance scorecards and KPIs to maximise ROI and track growth
  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Innovation and Agency Partnerships across the business
  • Generate market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategy and unlock new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, clinicians, hospitals, health funds and external partners
  • Enable Sales Force Effectiveness by optimising market segmentation, resource deployment, processes and tool adoption
  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and leadership teams to align strategy and execution
  • Lead and develop a high-performing strategy and growth team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in strategy, commercial leadership or business transformation within MedTech
  • Strong track record of delivering growth through innovation, partnerships and strategic initiatives
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customers and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and strategic thinking
  • MBA or postgraduate qualifications in Business or related discipline preferred
  • Experience in Orthopaedics preferred or the broader MedTech sector
