About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic healthcare compliance leadership for the U.S. Innovative Medicine business
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, advising on complex business initiatives
- Oversee and support business activities based on risk profiling
- Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, finance, and other stakeholders
- Lead enterprise- and business-level risk assessments, root cause analyses, mitigation planning
- Drive a culture of credo-based decision-making
- Advance compliance by design, partnering with the business
- Ensure appropriate governance and issue management
- Partner with colleagues for timely and accurate fulfillment of government reporting obligations
- Manage, coach, and develop direct reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 10+ years of business-related experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance laws
- Experience designing, implementing, or evolving compliance programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships across a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills
