About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and deliver commercial technology strategy across the LATAM region.
Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Regional leadership.
Oversee delivery of commercial systems and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, digital marketing).
Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and execution to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, quality, and regulatory standards.
Manage regional budgets, vendor relationships, and external partners.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional IT team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8-10 years of progressive experience in IT, digital, or technology roles supporting commercial or customer-facing functions.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong experience delivering and supporting commercial technologies (e.g., CRM, analytics, digital platforms).
Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Solid understanding of IT governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance in a regulated environment.
Strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese preferred.
IT or project/program management certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile) preferred.
