About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the regional IT commercial strategy for LATAM
Partner with Commercial and Regional leaders to translate business needs into effective IT solutions
Oversee delivery of commercial systems and platforms
Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and execution
Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, quality, and regulatory standards
Manage regional budgets, vendor relationships, and external partners
Lead, coach, and develop a high ‑ performing regional IT team
Act as a change leader, supporting adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
8-10 years of progressive experience in IT, digital, or technology roles
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
Strong experience delivering and supporting commercial technologies
Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders
Solid understanding of IT governance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance
Strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and problem ‑ solving skills
Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese preferred.
