About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and execute procurement category strategies across Business Services and IT
  • Serve as a key procurement engagement partner to International Markets
  • Translate business needs into sourcing strategies
  • Support supplier relationship management
  • Help deliver cost, service, innovation, and sustainability outcomes
  • Partner with International Market stakeholders to understand demand
  • Ensure consistent execution of procurement strategies
  • Manage supplier relationships within assigned categories
  • Lead or support sourcing initiatives including RFPs, competitive bidding events, and contract negotiations
  • Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier data to generate insights that inform sourcing decisions
  • Support delivery of financial targets, service improvements, innovation opportunities, and responsible sourcing objectives
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and responsible supplier standards
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and Business partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field)
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, category management, sourcing, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting or managing Business Services and/or IT services categories
  • Working knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend, market, and supplier performance data
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, global environment
  • Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with procurement systems and digital tools
  • English required; additional languages preferred
