Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives within the Local Healthcare Market
  • Own the total market, developing and executing a strategy to identify patient opportunity
  • Drive outstanding territory sales performance and product demand
  • Build and sustain strong, trusting relationships with customers
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative market data to assess business opportunities and priorities
  • Collaborate within LHM to gain formulary status as necessary for key health systems
  • Build and strengthen business relationships with LHM partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS
  • Minimum of five (5) years of field sales experience in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Three (3) or more years involve specialty sales and/or key account management
  • High level of clinical, product, and business acumen
  • Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and leadership
  • Must live in the area and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
