About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve or exceed sales objectives within the Local Healthcare Market
- Own the total market, developing and executing a strategy to identify patient opportunity
- Drive outstanding territory sales performance and product demand
- Build and sustain strong, trusting relationships with customers
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative market data to assess business opportunities and priorities
- Collaborate within LHM to gain formulary status as necessary for key health systems
- Build and strengthen business relationships with LHM partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS
- Minimum of five (5) years of field sales experience in the pharmaceuticals industry
- Three (3) or more years involve specialty sales and/or key account management
- High level of clinical, product, and business acumen
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and leadership
- Must live in the area and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
