About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and execute procurement category strategies across Business Services and IT
  • Serve as a key procurement engagement partner to International Markets
  • Translate business needs into sourcing strategies
  • Support supplier relationship management
  • Deliver cost, service, innovation, and sustainability outcomes that enable growth
  • Manage supplier relationships within assigned categories
  • Lead or support sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and contract negotiations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field)
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, category management, sourcing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting or managing Business Services and/or IT services categories.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend, market, and supplier performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with procurement systems and digital tools.
  • Experience supporting international or regional markets preferred.
  • Exposure to multi‑year category planning or sourcing roadmaps preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital, automation, or AI-enabled procurement tools preferred.
  • Experience contributing to continuous improvement or procurement transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Understanding of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices preferred.
  • Language requirements: English required; additional languages preferred.
