About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and execute procurement category strategies across Business Services and IT
Serve as a key procurement engagement partner to International Markets
Translate business needs into sourcing strategies
Support supplier relationship management
Deliver cost, service, innovation, and sustainability outcomes that enable growth
Manage supplier relationships within assigned categories
Lead or support sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and contract negotiations
Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier data to inform sourcing decisions
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial controls
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and Business partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field)
MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, category management, sourcing, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting or managing Business Services and/or IT services categories.
Working knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend, market, and supplier performance data.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, global environment.
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with procurement systems and digital tools.
Experience supporting international or regional markets preferred.
Exposure to multi‑year category planning or sourcing roadmaps preferred.
Familiarity with digital, automation, or AI-enabled procurement tools preferred.
Experience contributing to continuous improvement or procurement transformation initiatives preferred.
Understanding of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices preferred.
Language requirements: English required; additional languages preferred.
