About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and execute procurement category strategies across Business Services and IT
- Serve as a key procurement engagement partner to International Markets
- Translate business needs into sourcing strategies
- Support supplier relationship management
- Deliver cost, service, innovation, and sustainability outcomes that enable growth
- Manage supplier relationships within assigned categories
- Lead or support sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and contract negotiations
- Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier data to inform sourcing decisions
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial controls
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and Business partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field)
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, category management, sourcing, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting or managing Business Services and/or IT services categories.
- Working knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend, market, and supplier performance data.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed, global environment.
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with procurement systems and digital tools.
- Experience supporting international or regional markets preferred.
- Exposure to multi‑year category planning or sourcing roadmaps preferred.
- Familiarity with digital, automation, or AI-enabled procurement tools preferred.
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement or procurement transformation initiatives preferred.
- Understanding of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices preferred.
- Language requirements: English required; additional languages preferred.
