Senior Manager, Global Network Strategy

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead global distribution and warehousing network strategy initiatives, including footprint design, capacity planning, and make/buy analyses.
- Develop and evaluate long ‑ term network scenarios to support business growth, product innovation, and regional market needs.
- Partner cross functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Commercial teams to align network strategy with business priorities.
- Build financial and operational models to assess cost, service, risk, and investment trade ‑ offs across the global network.
- Support strategic capital investment planning and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization in network strategy tools, analytics, and decision ‑ making processes.
- Prepare clear, executive ‑ level materials and recommendations for governance forums and leadership reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, operations strategy, or network design roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing global distribution or supply network strategies.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross ‑ functional stakeholders.
- Experience working in a regulated, complex, or global operating environment.
- Familiarity with advanced network modeling tools and scenario planning methodologies.
- Language Requirements: English required; additional languages a plus.
