About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a global team of PV Quality Management experts overseeing the end-to-end delivery of process, qualification, and training
- Enable Business Partners to conduct R&D/Medical Safety efficiently and compliantly
- Set the vision and strategy for process and personnel qualification management in collaboration with R&D senior leaders
- Act independently to drive results and organizational performance
- Represent IMQS-PDM as a champion to key business partners and stakeholders
- Manage staff for process/qualification/training design
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Science or Business
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience in a medium to large scale matrix organization
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/device compliance-related field or related healthcare R&D area
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Medical Safety/Pharmacovigilance, process design, training design or related field
- Strong knowledge of worldwide (pre)clinical safety compliance regulations and guidelines
- Proficiency with MS365 software and Project Management software
- Proficiency with Process Value Stream mapping and analyzing software (preferred)
