About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end demand intake and requirements management process, partnering with business stakeholders and the JJT Product Management team to deliver solutions across planning platforms.
- Standardize global planning processes and system capabilities by promoting best practices and consistent ways of working.
- Own demand intake by triaging and prioritizing new requests and leading discovery sessions to clarify problem statements, scope, value, and success measures.
- Oversee day-to-day platform support by resolving process and system questions and escalating issues appropriately.
- Partner with the JJT Product Management team across patient journey orchestration platforms (PJO) to translate requirements into viable solutions.
- Automate and integrate upstream and downstream processes across the Patient Journey suite of tools to improve data flow, handoffs, and operational efficiency.
- Enable system project execution within AT Plan and Deliver, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Identify cross-functional opportunities and propose backlog items that improve outcomes across partnering teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, systems implementation, or capability development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of ATSC systems and supply chain planning processes; ability to support work across platforms (e.g., ATSM, ATPS, COI/C).
