Neuroscience Sales Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet or exceed sales expectations within assigned territories
- Drive sales performance by calling on Primary Care HCP offices
- Develop superior product and disease state knowledge
- Educate healthcare professionals about clinical evidence and product efficacy
- Customize client discussions based on customer needs in a compliant manner
- Maintain understanding of local market and customer practices
- Collaborate with District Manager to develop a local business plan
- Ensure compliance with company training and health regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience required
- Previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
- Antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience is a plus
- Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
- Must act with high integrity and in accordance with the Company’s Compliance policies
- Must have strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
- Experience establishing new customer relationships
- Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives
