About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet or exceed sales expectations within the assigned territory
  • Call on predominantly Primary Care HCP offices and select PC targets
  • Develop superior product and disease state knowledge
  • Educate and engage healthcare professionals about clinical evidence
  • Use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives
  • Customize discussions and client interactions
  • Maintain understanding of local market and practice structures
  • Provide education to healthcare providers through appropriate programs
  • Collaborate with District Manager on local business plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience required
  • Previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
  • Antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience is a plus
  • Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
  • High integrity and compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial thirst
  • Excellent decision-making judgment and strong teaming/collaboration skills
  • Proven track record in adapting to evolving environments
  • Ability to analyze data/metrics and create new opportunities
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
  • Experience in establishing new customer relationships
