About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as contact point for senior leadership & BUHR for GSHR service delivery escalations and special projects that may be related, but not limited to restructuring within their business sector/s, acquisitions and/or divestitures.
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement with HR and business leadership and across OneHR community to enable the navigation of GSHR ecosystem, gather feedback and identify systemic process improvement opportunities within country/region.
  • Actively participate in OneHR regional/country forums in representation of GSHR Work and collaborate across and in conjunction with GSHR Service Delivery teams to share voice of the customer and provide insights on process improvement opportunities and solve escalations in a timely manner.
  • Serve as key contributor in the delivery and execution of the transformation journey for the region.
  • Maintain close relationships with BUHR, CS, and other GS functions to ensure alignment in our ways of working as part of the wider HR operating model.
  • Lead and/or participate in cross GSHR implementation of E2E process improvements, orchestrating among functional teams to enhance user experience and effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Identify and lead transformation of GSHR processes, leveraging automation, digitization and service delivery capabilities in regional and global hubs
  • Participate in Regional HR and Global/Regional BSG projects and drive the execution of those projects within the region, including ensuring adherence to local HR policies and legal/compliance requirements.
  • Manage retained operational activities in the country/regional teams under BSG, related to local HR processes, statutory & regulatory filings, and physical employee records filing.
  • Provide leadership, direction, coaching, feedback to team members to develop a strong pipeline of global, diverse talent and enable a Credo-based & High-Performance Culture within team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-10 years progressive HR experience, with 3-5 years in a management role
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to connect, influence and establish credibility with stakeholders.
  • Strong track record leading and collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Criteria to determine level of urgency in managing escalations
  • Problem-solving and customer-centricity
  • Responsibility for regional or multi-functional teams with understanding and appreciation for country/local differences
  • Great work ethics – reliable in meeting deadlines and delivering results, open to feedback, and can be trusted with confidential information.
  • Experience with data and analytics to drive insights.
  • Experience in one or more HR Functional tiers (BUHR, GSHR, CSHR)
