About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet or exceed sales expectations within assigned territories
  • Understand and identify customer needs
  • Align marketing resources and support pull-through activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, or business to business sales, or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military
  • 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
  • Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
  • High integrity and adherence to Company’s Compliance policies and procedures
  • Strong self-motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent decision-making judgment, strong teaming/collaboration and cross-functional skills
  • Proven track record of success in evolving environments
  • Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives and diagnose performance issues
  • Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences
  • Willingness to work outside of normal hours and travel as required
