About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides enterprise leadership for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality technology across DePuy Synthes.
- Responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy for product supply, compliant manufacturing, and quality outcomes.
- Partners closely with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and IT leaders.
- Owns the application and data landscape supporting planning, sourcing, manufacturing execution, quality management, and distribution.
- Leads large, cross‑functional programs such as ERP, MES, QMS, and advanced analytics initiatives across global sites.
- Ensures regulatory, data integrity, and cybersecurity compliance across all technology platforms.
- Builds and inspires a high‑performing global technology organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
- 12-14 years of progressive experience in IT or digital leadership roles supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Quality in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end supply planning and production planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of S&OP / IBP processes, including demand/supply balancing.
- Demonstrated success leading large‑scale, global technology programs and complex transformations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality systems (e.g., ERP, MES, QMS).
- People leadership experience, including building diverse, inclusive, and high‑performing teams.
- English proficiency required.
