Key responsibilities & impact

Provides enterprise leadership for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality technology across DePuy Synthes.
Responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy for product supply, compliant manufacturing, and quality outcomes.
Partners closely with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and IT leaders.
Owns the application and data landscape supporting planning, sourcing, manufacturing execution, quality management, and distribution.
Leads large, cross‑functional programs such as ERP, MES, QMS, and advanced analytics initiatives across global sites.
Ensures regulatory, data integrity, and cybersecurity compliance across all technology platforms.
Builds and inspires a high‑performing global technology organization.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
12-14 years of progressive experience in IT or digital leadership roles supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Quality in a regulated environment.
Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end supply planning and production planning in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of S&OP / IBP processes, including demand/supply balancing.
Demonstrated success leading large‑scale, global technology programs and complex transformations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality systems (e.g., ERP, MES, QMS).
People leadership experience, including building diverse, inclusive, and high‑performing teams.
English proficiency required.
