About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides enterprise leadership for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality technology across DePuy Synthes.
  • Responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy for product supply, compliant manufacturing, and quality outcomes.
  • Partners closely with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and IT leaders.
  • Owns the application and data landscape supporting planning, sourcing, manufacturing execution, quality management, and distribution.
  • Leads large, cross‑functional programs such as ERP, MES, QMS, and advanced analytics initiatives across global sites.
  • Ensures regulatory, data integrity, and cybersecurity compliance across all technology platforms.
  • Builds and inspires a high‑performing global technology organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
  • 12-14 years of progressive experience in IT or digital leadership roles supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Quality in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end supply planning and production planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP / IBP processes, including demand/supply balancing.
  • Demonstrated success leading large‑scale, global technology programs and complex transformations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality systems (e.g., ERP, MES, QMS).
  • People leadership experience, including building diverse, inclusive, and high‑performing teams.
  • English proficiency required.
