About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the global procurement digital strategy, global process architecture, enterprise procurement policies, third‑party risk management practices, and core functional capabilities.
  • Own and evolve the Procurement Strategic Framework, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, business priorities, and long‑term value creation goals.
  • Shape end‑to‑end Global Process Ownership for: Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) Payments & Experience (PEX) Spend Management Strategy, including strategy definition, process architecture, change management, capability design, and global deployment.
  • Own and manage the procurement technology and process budget, ensuring disciplined investment decisions and measurable return on investment.
  • Enable the procurement function through best‑in‑class digital capabilities that simplify, automate, and standardize processes while delivering traceable value creation via digital platforms, data science, analytics, and reporting.
  • Lead enterprise‑level transformation programs that deliver superior user experience, operational excellence, and sustained value.
  • Ensure procurement processes directly support enterprise cash flow, working capital optimization, and financial stewardship.
  • Drive global deployment and adoption of end‑to‑end procurement processes, balancing enterprise standardization with required regional and local customization.
  • Improve stakeholder and user experience through digital and process transformation, including leadership of key initiatives such as: Accounts Payable Transformation, Third‑Party Risk Management, Automated contracting and autonomous sourcing Data management, analytics, and insights Intelligent stack optimization Gen AI‑enabled procurement capabilities.
  • Establish and manage process performance data, KPIs, and value tracking mechanisms across the global Source‑to‑Pay continuum, including: Target setting and performance management Cycle time and efficiency improvements Financial performance and value realization Maximization of technology and transformation investments.
  • Partner with performance management teams to develop and operationalize robust reporting and analytics that measure effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, ongoing training strategy covering skills, processes, systems, and policies.
  • Collaborate closely with business, corporate, and sector procurement teams to embed capabilities, drive adoption, and sustain performance improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Technical degree preferred)
  • 12+ years Comprehensive knowledge of and extensive experience with procurement business processes, practices and technology, including cross-functional and cross-geographic, team-based global category management, global technology deployment.
  • Extensive experience in global procurement, process ownership, or enterprise transformation roles within complex, multinational organizations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large‑scale process, technology, and capability transformations with measurable value outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate enterprise strategy into actionable procurement initiatives.
  • Experience managing large-scale spend and third-party payments across diverse categories.
  • Exceptional leadership, talent development, and organizational building skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement technologies, process optimization, and payment processing.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
