About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Holistic support of customers during procedures, including active assistance in the operating room, user-focused consulting and professional guidance for our products in the field of spinal surgery.
Planning, organizing and conducting workshops and training sessions for medical staff (physicians, OR teams, nursing).
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with physicians as well as OR and hospital staff.
Coordination of procedures and responsibility for logistics, including inventory management and optimization of process and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in the medical device sector
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Independent, flexible and dynamic personality with entrepreneurial thinking
University degree (university/University of Applied Sciences) is an advantage
Very good German and English language skills
Confident user of MS Office, willingness to travel and flexibility
