Clinical Support Specialist, Spine Orthopaedics

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Holistic support of customers during procedures, including active assistance in the operating room, user-focused consulting and professional guidance for our products in the field of spinal surgery.
- Planning, organizing and conducting workshops and training sessions for medical staff (physicians, OR teams, nursing).
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with physicians as well as OR and hospital staff.
- Coordination of procedures and responsibility for logistics, including inventory management and optimization of process and supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in the medical device sector
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Independent, flexible and dynamic personality with entrepreneurial thinking
- University degree (university/University of Applied Sciences) is an advantage
- Very good German and English language skills
- Confident user of MS Office, willingness to travel and flexibility
