About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop communication materials supporting onboarding, learning updates, launches, and process changes.
Draft tactical assets such as announcements, desk drops, job aids, leader talking points, recaps, and reinforcement materials.
Coordinate reviews, edits, approvals, and version control with stakeholders.
Support execution of communication rollout plans in partnership with program and learning teams.
Maintain organized communication assets aligned to approved sources of truth.
Track communication timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
Partner with learning and operations teams to align communication timing and format with frontline needs.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience in internal communications, learning communications, or content development
Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
Strong organization, follow-through, and version control skills
Experience supporting fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
