About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop high-quality learning experiences for Patient Service Center employees
Partner with key stakeholders to understand learning demand needs
Design engaging and learner-centric experiences using various modalities
Create high-level design documents and storyboards
Apply design thinking in creating learning experiences
Update and revise learning content based on feedback and changes
Support onboarding programs and content development for new product launches
Ensure accuracy and alignment of learning materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or a related field
Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
Experience designing and developing role-based learning materials and curricula across multiple modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning)
Experience leading facilitated needs analysis work sessions with multiple stakeholders to uncover root needs
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content builds simultaneously
Experience in authoring tools and/or prototyping tools (i.e. Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suites, Captivate, Mural, Figma, etc.)
Exposure to L&D principles defining learning objectives and measures of success using a learner-centric approach integrating learning science theory
Experience in communicating complex processes into simple and easy to understand concepts.
