About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop high-quality learning experiences for Patient Service Center employees
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand learning demand needs
- Design engaging and learner-centric experiences using various modalities
- Create high-level design documents and storyboards
- Apply design thinking in creating learning experiences
- Update and revise learning content based on feedback and changes
- Support onboarding programs and content development for new product launches
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of learning materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or a related field
- Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
- Experience designing and developing role-based learning materials and curricula across multiple modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning)
- Experience leading facilitated needs analysis work sessions with multiple stakeholders to uncover root needs
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content builds simultaneously
- Experience in authoring tools and/or prototyping tools (i.e. Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suites, Captivate, Mural, Figma, etc.)
- Exposure to L&D principles defining learning objectives and measures of success using a learner-centric approach integrating learning science theory
- Experience in communicating complex processes into simple and easy to understand concepts.
