About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop high-quality learning experiences for Patient Service Center employees
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand learning demand needs
  • Design engaging and learner-centric experiences using various modalities
  • Create high-level design documents and storyboards
  • Apply design thinking in creating learning experiences
  • Update and revise learning content based on feedback and changes
  • Support onboarding programs and content development for new product launches
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment of learning materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or a related field
  • Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience designing and developing role-based learning materials and curricula across multiple modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning)
  • Experience leading facilitated needs analysis work sessions with multiple stakeholders to uncover root needs
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content builds simultaneously
  • Experience in authoring tools and/or prototyping tools (i.e. Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suites, Captivate, Mural, Figma, etc.)
  • Exposure to L&D principles defining learning objectives and measures of success using a learner-centric approach integrating learning science theory
  • Experience in communicating complex processes into simple and easy to understand concepts.
