About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Patient Service Center (PSC) through the development and execution of clear, tactical internal communications
  • Create and coordinate communication materials for learning initiatives, onboarding updates, process changes, and priority business communications
  • Ensure messages are clear, actionable, and delivered consistently to support adoption and execution across PSC
  • Develop communication materials supporting onboarding, learning updates, launches, and process changes
  • Draft tactical assets such as announcements, desk drops, job aids, leader talking points, recaps, and reinforcement materials
  • Coordinate reviews, edits, approvals, and version control with stakeholders
  • Support execution of communication rollout plans in partnership with program and learning teams
  • Maintain organized communication assets aligned to approved sources of truth
  • Track communication timelines, deliverables, and status updates
  • Partner with learning and operations teams to align communication timing and format with frontline needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in internal communications, learning communications, or content development
  • Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and version control skills
  • Experience supporting fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with learning, onboarding, or change communications (preferred)
  • Experience with AI / technology applications to optimize communications (preferred)
