About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the MVLDP strategy and end-to-end talent management
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage military recruiting approach
  • Create strong curriculum and development experiences, including pre-hire, orientation, networking and learning events, enterprise capability development, for the MVLDP population
  • Collaborate with key business leaders for sponsorship, and identification of meaningful rotation assignments for participants that deliver customized developmental experiences
  • Partner with HR business partners across functions, sector partners on talent strategies and strategic workforce planning methodologies
  • Collaborate with assignment managers to ensure superior execution of the participant experience including performance and development.
  • Develop a sustainable MVLDP alumni engagement program to ensure long-term retention of MVLDPs
  • Assess leading metrics, lagging metrics and industry-leading practices to continuously improve strategy, approach and processes
  • Coach, mentor, advise to develop participants and rotational leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years of professional experience is required; a minimum of 5 years of HR/Talent Management experience and/or United States Armed Forces military experience is preferred
  • Experience shaping talent development initiatives, leading leadership development programs and/or building and implementing talent strategies
  • Demonstrated experience with sophisticated stakeholder-ing across levels and regions
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use internal and external analytics to diagnose situations, determine solutions and implement solutions
  • It is preferred that you have military experience or awareness of US military
